The photo you ar looking at is a representation of the cowboy of the west.The picture was shot at the Thrasher Reunion along with several other we given the sapia look for appearance sake. The image of a Wild West filled with countless gunfights was a myth generated primarily cheap books in the late 19th century. Although gunfights did occasionally, but not that often. Most were the result of the heat of the moment, others were the result of longstanding feuds.
